Refunds

Micro-credentials: You have three days from the date you enroll to request a refund, provided you have not completed your first assessment.
You can request a refund by reaching out using the Contact Us form on the Resources tab. You will need to include your reason for requesting a refund, full name, email address and the date of purchase.
Degrees: Refunds apply to your first module only. You will qualify for a:
• 100% refund – if you withdraw from your course by the second day of class (on days 1 or 2)
• 75% refund – if you withdraw from your course by the fourth day of class (on days 3 or 4)
