Developed in collaboration with Atlassian, in this course you will select a business scenario in which to apply design approaches and Agile methodologies to effectively design and develop new products and optimize existing products. You’ll also learn how to design product launch strategies for both new and re-released products, as well as evaluate various continuous improvement methodologies to facilitate ongoing product improvement. To complete the course, you’ll produce a:

 

  • product development plan (using Agile methodologies, and including articulated user stories and prototyping methods)
  • product launch plan (communicating how its success will be measured using specific metrics, and intentions for product improvement)
