To reach a live person, you can fill out a 'Contact us' form which can be found in under the 'Resources' tab

You can access your dashboard using the 'Login' link in the top right hand side of our home page and entering your UCC log in details.

You should be able to see your course in Canvas as soon as you log in. You can find all of your courses in the course tab on the left-hand side. If you’re still having issues finding your course, please contact us via the Contact Us form in the Resources tab of the website.

Your login details for Canvas are the same credentials you used to pay for your first course. If you cannot login, try resetting your password using the 'Forgot Password?' link on the login screen. If you’re still unable to log in, reach out using the Contact Us form in the Resources tab.

If you’re having problems with the Canvas online learning system, please reach out using the Contact Us form in the Resources tab.

You can log in to your student email address at mail.google.com

Go to credential.net. Click 'Sign In' at the top right-hand corner of the webpage. Use the 'Forgot Password?' function to set a new password using the email address your credential has been issued to.

If you’ve forgotten your password, click the 'Forgot Password?' link on the login screen to receive a password reset email.
